Welcome to AI Growth Logic!
These Terms of Use create a binding contract between you and AI Growth Logic (that’s us – “we”, “us”, “our”). Think of this as the rulebook for using our website at http://147.93.7.103/ and everything we offer (we’ll just call it “AI Growth Logic” or “our services” from here on). Using AI Growth Logic in any capacity means you’re accepting all these Terms, and they stay in effect for as long as you’re using our stuff. This document covers everything, plus our Privacy Policy and Content Guidelines are part of the deal too. If any of this doesn’t work for you, then unfortunately our services aren’t for you.
You’re telling us you’re old enough to enter into a binding contract. If you’re under 16, you can’t use AI Growth Logic.
Signing up on behalf of a company or organization? Then you’re promising us you have the authority to make this agreement stick for them (and when we say “you” in this document, we mean that organization).
Creating an Account
You might need to create an account and pick a password. When you do, you’re promising to give us accurate, complete, and current information about yourself.
You’re agreeing to use AI Growth Logic only for your own personal or business purposes – not to help out some third party. You can’t hand over your account to someone else unless we give you written permission first.
Don’t pick a username you don’t have the right to use, and definitely don’t try to impersonate someone else. We can refuse or cancel any account name whenever we want.
Using Our Services
AI Growth Logic lets you access our content, sign up for our newsletter, and interact with our website and services. Everything that happens under your account is your responsibility.
Content You Submit
You own what you create. Any original stuff you post, upload, share, store, or give us in any other way stays yours and gets protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Content License to Us: So we can actually run our services and show your content, you’re giving us a limited license to:
- Host, store, and display your content
- Modify your content when we need to for technical reasons (like resizing images so they work on different devices)
- Make your content available to other users if you’ve decided to share it publicly
License Terms: This license costs us nothing, works worldwide, and lasts as long as your content lives on our platform. But this is just a license – you still own your content completely.
Content Rules: Everything you submit has to:
- Be your own original work or something you have permission to use
- Not step on anyone else’s rights (especially intellectual property rights)
- Follow our Content Guidelines
- Stay within the bounds of the law
We can remove any content from AI Growth Logic whenever we want, for whatever reason, without telling you first.
Intellectual Property
We respect other people’s intellectual property rights, and we’ll delete or disable content that allegedly infringes on those rights. We’ll also terminate accounts of people who keep getting accused of infringement.
You get that we own AI Growth Logic. These Terms don’t give you any ownership rights in our services, trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property.
Acceptable Use Policy
You’re accountable for everything you do when using AI Growth Logic. You have to use our services legally. If what you’re doing is illegal, then you’re not allowed to use our services.
You’re agreeing not to:
- Use our services for fraud, threats, or illegal activities
- Mess with the security of your account or anyone else’s
- Try to steal passwords or security information from other users
- Break into computer networks or crack security codes
- Send spam or run automated processes that screw with our services
- Scrape, crawl, or copy big chunks of our content
- Reverse engineer our stuff or try to get our source code
- Pretend to be someone else or lie about who you’re affiliated with
Third-Party Content and Services
Our services might link to third-party websites or services that we don’t own or control. We have zero control over and take no responsibility for what’s on those third-party sites – their content, privacy policies, or how they operate.
You’re letting us off the hook for any problems that come from using third-party websites or services.
Newsletter and Communications
Subscribe to our newsletter and you’re agreeing to get marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in our emails or by emailing contact@147.93.7.103.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, AI Growth Logic, our affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will never be liable to you for:
- Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
- Any amount exceeding the greater of (1) $100 or (2) whatever you’ve paid us in the twelve months before your claim
No Warranties
AI Growth Logic comes to you “as-is” without any express or implied warranties. We’re not promising that our services will run perfectly, be error-free, or do exactly what you need them to do.
We make no promises about:
- How accurate, complete, or reliable any content on our services is
- Whether our services will be available or working at any specific time
- What results you’ll get from using our services
Account Termination
By Us: We can terminate or suspend your account whenever we decide to, following applicable law. Maybe you broke these Terms, maybe we think something illegal is going on, or maybe there’s some other situation where we need to suspend an account. We’ll try to give you advance notice when we can, but we might not if it would be impractical, illegal, or harmful.
By You: You can delete your account anytime by emailing us at contact@147.93.7.103. When you delete your account, we’ll remove your content from our active systems, though some stuff might stick around in backups or caches.
After Termination: Some parts of this agreement survive even after your account gets terminated, including payment obligations, limitations on our liability, intellectual property terms, and dispute resolution terms.
Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Check out our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Children’s Privacy: Our services aren’t meant for kids under 13 in the United States, or under 16 in the European Union (or whatever age limit applies where you are). We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under these age limits. If we find out we have, we’ll delete it right away. Changes to These Terms
Look, we’ll probably need to update these Terms sometimes when our services change or when lawyers tell us we have to. When we make big changes, we’ll give you a heads up by putting a notice on our website, shooting you an email, or finding some other way to let you know.
Don’t like the updated Terms? You can stop using our services. Keep using them after changes take effect and you’re accepting the new Terms.
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms follow the laws of New York State, without worrying about conflict of law principles.
Arbitration: Any dispute that comes from these Terms gets resolved through binding arbitration in New York County, New York, instead of going to court – except you can take claims to small claims court if they qualify.
Class Action Waiver: You and AI Growth Logic both agree that if there’s ever a dispute, we’ll handle it one-on-one – no class actions, no joining up with other people, no representative stuff.
General Terms
Entire Agreement: These Terms, plus our Privacy Policy, are basically everything between you and AI Growth Logic – that’s the whole deal.
Severability: If any part of these Terms gets found unenforceable, everything else stays in full effect.
No Waiver: Just because we don’t enforce something doesn’t mean we’re giving up our right to enforce it later.
Assignment: You can’t transfer these Terms or your account without our written permission. We can assign these Terms without restriction.
